Bharatiya Janata Party president Rajnath Singh celebrates the party's victories in Punjab and Uttarakhand with senior leader L K Advani at the party headquarters in New Delhi on February 27.
The BJP has said that these results are indicative of beginning of the end for the Congress-led government at the Centre. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, however, dismissed these remarks, though the Congress has said that the results are due to anti-incumbency.
