Doggy kick

Primary muscle worked: Hamstrings (back of thigh) and gluteus (butt)

  • Go down on all fours.

  • Slowly kick one leg back until it is straight.This action must not be jerky or esle you could pull a muscle.

  • Bring the leg back to a bent position slowly.

  • Repeat with the other leg.
