My diet

I start my day with a litre of water. Then a cup of coffee and a croissant.

It is very important for me to have breakfast.

Lunch is at 12.30 pm and is usually salad and pasta.

I have this yardstick -- I eat till I feel full and then I stop. I observe this religiously.

Till about 5 pm, I don't eat anything, so that my stomach gets time to digest the food.

At 5 pm, I make myself a cup of Indian tea with adrak [ginger] and have it with a couple of biscuits.

At about 8 or 8.30 pm, we eat dinner, which is either fish, meat or Indian food. No rice or pasta for dinner!
