My fitness mantra
I have always been athletic.
I ski now and am pretty good at it.
My husband's family is very sport-oriented too so I go with them to Switzerland.
My father-in-law took it upon himself to teach me skiing.
I don't practise yoga but I do this breathing exercise called Anapan, which is very good for stress.
I have done Vipaasana [a form of meditation].
I am the kind of person who gets stressed easily, so this breathing technique helps me a lot.
Basically, you just watch your breath coming out and going in. It teaches you to relax and become focused.
I do this whenever I get worried and I feel better in a few minutes!
