I have taken myself for granted for the last two years.

In Italy, a lot of things are taken care of where food is concerned because it is so healthy -- it is all cooked in olive oil.

I sleep for about nine to 10 hours and drink lots of water. Things like this are ingrained in me. They are also good for me.

I am in bed by 10.30 pm and am up by 7 am.

I think my sleep habits are good because sleep is the greatest nourishment. It repairs you internally.

Your brain is rested because you work it so much during the day. There is this mechanical repair work that happens when you sleep.

It is important to get up early I think.

I am very active. I walk a lot. I eat like a horse.

I also drink a lot of wine. That is something I really must stop.
