'What we thought about Pakistan was wrong'

Everyone knows an Indo-Pak series is very special, and I am proud to have been a part of such a historic series. In every sense, the tour was a memorable one for me.

What makes the tour unforgettable for me was because for the first time, an Indian team won both the Test and one day series in Pakistan. And, I was part of the team! So, it was very, very special for me.

Before going to Pakistan, I was a bit nervous about the kind of reception we would get. I thought everyone would be hostile to us. But they were so good to us that we never felt we were far away from home. They received us and took care of us with a lot of warmth.
