The Magnificent March 1995-2005

Undisputed champions in the Test arena, Australia also proved unbeatable in one-day cricket at the 2003 World Cup in South Africa.

The team had gone into the final without a single loss in the series and capped off the campaign with a huge victory margin of 125 against India to win their second successive World Cup title.

Australia put up an overwhelming batting performance against a young bowling side, overawed by the atmosphere.

Australia piled on 359 for 2 in the 50 overs and India never really made a game of it.
