Spellings trouble us in school and many of us take this baggage into our professional lives as well. All you need to dump that baggage is run a spell check on your CV before dashing it off.

But many don't bother doing that. The victim? Someone who 'looses' out on a 'grate' opportunity!.

Wrong spellings are non-negotiable. More than showing your lack of command over a widely spoken language, wrong spellings exhibit a complacent and chalta hai attitude.

And your attitude is what matters at the end of the day.
