2. Change your hairstyle!
Changing your hairstyle is a great way to make a start.
According to ace hairstylist Jawed Habib, your new hairstyle must gel with your personality and lifestyle. "It should also be low maintenance, so you do not spend too much time grooming your hair every day," says Jawed.
~ Talk to friends (the ones with well-groomed hair) and zero in on a good stylist whose charges suit your budget.
~ Once you identify your hairstylist, decide how much you are willing to splurge on your hair. Cheaper ways to change your hairstyle would be to dabble with length, change your parting or get layers done.
~ If your budget can accommodate it, go in for highlights, streaks or colour. Jawed says honey-gold is currently very hot.
~ Got an bigger budget? If you have straight hair, go for a perm. Or straighten curly hair. But do consult a good stylist before you do so.
