PM's overseas tour
Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee left on a six-day, three-nation tour on November 11.

The prime minister's annual three-day (November 11-13) summit with President Vladimir Putin of Russia is expected to focus on terrorism and strengthening economic and military ties.

Vajpayee will then fly to Tajikistan, the first visit by an Indian prime minister since that country became independent in 1991. From Dushanbe, he will spend a day in Syria before returning home.
