This is one star that refuses to stay out of the news!

Urmila Matondkar was recently in Pakistan with her father.

The reason for her visit? Discussing the possibility -- with the Pakistan government -- of shooting a film on the pre-Partition era. What's more, she also plans to work with Pakistan artistes in this film.

Apparently, Urmila has been approached by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to shoot a music video on the relation between India and Pakistan. Featuring the Pakistani band Fusion, it will be shot in Lahore, Islamabad and in India.

Urmila earlier appeared in Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi's Partition drama, Pinjar, which won her much praise. Her latest laurel is Khalid Mohamed's Tehzeeb.
