Five steps to a great body

Are you the kind of guy who feels a stab of envy every time Jean Claude Van Damme deftly pulls a punch?

Or Akshay Kumar delivers a karate chop?

Then it's time you exercised some changes in your workout routine, literally.

Here are five freehand exercises that will help to tone and build different muscles.

If you are training for endurance, do two to three sets of 12-15 repetitions.

If you are training for bulk /muscle strength, do two to three sets of six to eight repetitions using heavy weights.

Caution: Check with your physician before starting any exercise programme and always exercise in the presence of a trained professional.
