Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Bollywood's Bihari babu Shatrughan Sinha has disagreed with the party projecting Janata Dal (United) leader Nitish Kumar as the National Democratic Alliance's chief ministerial candidate in Bihar.
Sinha, known for his outspokenness, on Thursday said the chief minister would be decided only after the poll results.
Interestingly, Sinha expressed his disagreement after Advani had, earlier in the day, again said that Nitish Kumar would be the CM if the NDA wins.
A three-phase assembly election is on in Bihar. While the first phase was held on February three, the second phase would be held on February 15 and the third on February 23.
BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi was the first to project Nitish as the chief ministerial candidate last week. But Sinha has been wanting the party to project him instead.
Initially, even state BJP president Gopal Narain Singh had expressed his disagreement with Modi's proposal. But later he changed his stance under party pressure.
