Multan - 1st Test

Multan has played host to only two Tests. Both pitted Pakistan against Bangladesh, resulting in easy victories for the hosts.

Multan is probably the oldest living city in South Asia. Popularly known as the ‘City of Saints’, it lies on the main route taken by almost all invaders of the subcontinent.

It is an ancient city, noted for its antiquity as well as its spiritual and cultural traditions, elaborately decorated shrines and attractive handicrafts.
