A famous French victory
The current World number one, Lleyton Hewitt (L) started the first reverse singles in inspired form and virtually blew Sebastien Grosjean away. He looked much more comfortable with Grosjean who played from the back of the court.
In the first indoor match on grass in Davis Cup history, Hewitt had the intensity and the will to win that Grosjean could not match on the day.
