12 feared killed in Orissa boat mishap

Twelve people were feared killed when a country boat with 20 people capsized in the swollen Baitarani river at Girigaon, Keonjhar district, on Sunday night.

Reports said the victims, belonging to Girigaon village, were on their way to Saladei ghat, when the accident occurred. Sources said only eight persons managed to swim to safety.
