IAS officer caught copying!

That's it. The Indian Administrative Service really has hit rock bottom. First graft, now cheating?

One of its ranks, Anand Kumar Hemkar, was caught copying for a law examination and is now being examined by the law.

The cops of the Gandhinagar police station in Jaipur stepped in after a case was lodged against the IAS officer, of deputy secretary rank, for allegedly adopting unfair means during examination at the University Law College on Thursday.

Two other students were also caught, but they have at least one solace -- in goal, they can take some tips from a honest-to-goodness IAS officer. Correct that there: just an IAS officer.
