The search for detection of the missing consignment of RDX, allegedly smuggled into Hyderabad from Bangladesh, has been intensified, a senior police officer of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) said.
"We are leaving no stone unturned in locating the deadly material. We are conducting intensive searches," the official said.
Sameer alias Abdul Nayeem, one of the four arrested in connection with the May 18 Mecca Masjid blast, said during a narco test recently that RDX was brought to the city
in February on the direction of Mohammed Shahed alias Bilal, the most-wanted terrorist who has links with militants outfits including Harkat-ul-Jihad-Islami (HuJI).
