Former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday said that he is willing to launch an agitation against President Pervez Musharraf along with his political rival and Pakistan People's Party leader Benazir Bhutto.

Speaking to a television channel over phone from Saudi Arabia, he said, "If Benazir abandons her negotiations with Musharraf, we can work together and launch a joint struggle."

Sharif appealed to the former prime minister to join hands with the All Party Democratic Movement.

He said, "Perhaps APDM and PPP can coordinate efforts in launching a joint struggle."
