Continuing his tirade against India, Pakistan Railway Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Friday said New Delhi was not heeding requests for handing over a list of casualties in the Samjhauta Express blasts and providing details of the probe into the terror attack.

"Even after a lapse of such a long time, India had turned a deaf ear to officially apprise Pakistan about those dead in the fire," Rashid was quoted by the official APP news agency as telling the National Assembly.

"Had the accident taken place in Pakistan, India would have made a lot of hue and cry," he alleged, adding that India has not yet forwarded the list of the dead nor shared any information about the investigations.

Rashid said 7 of the 10 injured have arrived in Pakistan on a special flight of C-130 aircraft on Thursday night.

Ignoring the fact that three of the injured Rana Shaukat Ali, along with his wife Rukhsana and one-year-old daughter Aqsa, had gone to Haryana's Panipat to identify bodies of his five children who had perished in the Feb 18 tragedy, Rashid accused India of not allowing the family to travel back to Pakistan.

He said this means that they (theĀ 3 injured) have been held back for investigations. Rashid appreciated that the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi had in strong terms condemned reports that the passengers of the Samjhauta Express allegedly used to travel in "cage-like" bogies that had all its doors and windows sealed throughout the passage of the train.

He said it was deplorable that people were being treated inhumanly. 7 of those killed had already been buried in India. Pakistan Railways had been making all out efforts to continue to share latest information about the dead and injured with the concerned, Rashid said.
