The Art of Living foundation, in partnership with a non-governmental organisation United Way, will conduct free Trauma relief workshops for victims of the Mumbai blast. Eyewitnesses, railway officials, and families of victims may attend the workshops.

The workshops help people overcome shock and trauma and offer emotional solace, providing relief from depression.

The Art of Living, in a press release, said the process involves neither drugs nor medication.

The techniques are non-invasive and non-hypnotic, it said.

The first AOL trauma relief workshop begins Friday, July 21, at 5pm.

Workshops will also be held on July 22, 23 from 10 am to 5 pm.

Venue: Eastern Shopping Mall, 4th Floor, Near Malad East station.

For media queries call: 98201 35195, 98211 63032.
