Former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Uma Bharti on Sunday said she will announce the formation of her new nationalist party by April.

She said this was the second stage of her Janadesh Yatra.

Earlier, she had visited Allahabad and Varanasi districts and will now tour all Uttar Pradesh to mobilise workers as well as to frame the structure of a new party.

She said the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh had worsened during the Samajwadi Party rule.

Criticising the Bharatiya Janata Party leadership, she said the 'General of the Army had shaken hands with enemies'.

The ideological differences started in BJP after the visit of former party chief L K Advani to Lahore, she said.

Criticising the statement of Uttar Pradesh Haj Minister Mohammad Yaqoob Qureshi, announcing a bounty of Rs 51 crore on the head of a Danish cartoonist, who caricatured Prophet Mohammad, Bharti asked Mulayam Singh Yadav to immediately dismiss him.
