Making a fresh appeal to the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance to end its boycott of Parliament, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Thursday said the government is ready to discuss all issues on the floor of the House.

"I again appeal to leaders of the Opposition to join the proceedings," the prime minister said in the Rajya Sabha.

"This government is ready to discuss all issues and there is no issue which is barred from discussion," he said.

Taking exception to certain observations made by the Telugu Desam Party at the beginning of the Question Hour, he said disturbances in the proceedings of the House in the last few days had caused "great dismay" to him and to the government.
