Kaleem and Mohtasim Billal reached Hyderabad two weeks prior to the incident with the help of Zahed. Kaleem accompanied Mohtasim Billal to Task Force Office on the day of offence. The suicide bomber also wrote a suicide note to his parents and gave it to Naveed before starting from Bangladesh.
Naveed and Shahed were recruiting and training Indian youth in Bangladesh and Pakistan for terrorist activities in India.
"This entire operation is being handled by Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Tayiba of Pakistan along with Harkat-ul-Jehad-al-Islami of Bangladesh with active support of the ISI of Pakistan," the city Police added.
