At least 18 civilians were killed and around 30 wounded as a Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up in a crowded beach restaurant in the northern Israeli port city of Haifa on Saturday.
The suicide bomber had explosives strapped to his body and he shot dead a guard at the restaurant's gate before blowing himself up.
The attack targeted the popular Maxim restaurant on Haifa's beach promenade on the southern edge of the city.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
