An engine and a coach of the Dharmavaram-Kachiguda Express derailed in Andhra Pradesh in the early hours of Monday.
The train known as Satya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam Express derailed between Veldurthi and Ulindakonda railway stations in Kurnool district around 0030 IST.
There were no casualties, a South Central Railway spokesman said adding the passengers would be brought to Hyderabad by a special train.
Following the mishap, the Venkatadri Express and Bangalore Express were diverted to run via Wadi.
On Sunday morning, the Patna-New Delhi Magadh Vikramshila Express derailed in the Baruna-Parasi section of Danapur division resulting in the death of one person.
