Truck used by ultras in Tanda army camp attack seized

The truck used by the militants involved in the July 22 attack on the Tanda army camp that left nine persons, including a brigadier, dead has been seized, official sources said on Monday.

The truck was intercepted and its driver arrested on the Rajouri-Poonch highway, they said.
 
The driver revealed that the militants had boarded the truck from Chingus and got off near the camp on the highway, the sources said.

Meanwhile, a rifleman injured in the attack, succumbed at a military hospital in Jammu on Monday, raising the toll to nine.
