Laloo on dharna against Gujarat Gaurav Yatra

Anand Mohan Sahay in Patna

Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Laloo Prasad Yadav along with his MLAs, MPs and workers, is sitting on a day-long dharna at Gandhi maidan on Tuesday to protest against the proposed Gujarat Gaurav Yatra of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Terming the yatra as Kalank Yatra and Danga Yatra, Laloo said it was aimed at creating fear among the minority community, who were yet to recover from the worst-ever communal riots in the state.

Yadav said his dharna will be followed by district level dharnas on September 5.
