At least two school children died after a wall collapsed in Iram in Balasore district, police sources told rediff.com on Tuesday.
The wall collapsed when the students were returning to school after lunch hour on Monday afternoon.
A girl, Jayanti Kamila, died on the spot whereas three others sustained serious injuries.
One of them, Niranjan Kamila, died on the way to the nearest hospital, police said. The other two, Lakshmikanta Padhi and Ramesh Chandra Sahu, are undergoing treatment at a hospital at Basudevpur.
