Orissa government has effected a minor administrative reshuffle by appointing former state home secretary Tusharkanti Mishra as principal secretary in the food and civil supplies department and chairmen-cum-managing director of the Orissa Civil Supplies Corporation, official sources said on Saturday.
Mishra replaces Jogendra Patra, who has been appointed as the chief executive of the Orissa Renewable Energy Development Agency.
