Lashkar denies hand in Qasim Nagar attack

Pakistan-based terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Tayiba on Monday denied any involvement in the Qasim Nagar massacre near Jammu on Saturday.

LeT spokesman Abu Huzaifa told a local news agency in Srinagar that Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police A K Suri's statement about the outfit's involvement in the massacre was "baseless and concocted".

Describing the attack as a "condemnable act", he said killing an innocent person was like killing humanity.
