The Orissa police has arrested two leaders of the Peoples' War Group from Malkangiri district, district Superintendent of Police A K Panigrahi said on Monday.
The police arrested Mangu Raju and Dhanu Khara when they came to Malkangiri district on Saturday to purchase materials used in making bombs, he said.
The Andhra Pradesh police had announced a reward of Rs 20,000 for anyone who could give information about them.
Raju was in charge of the eastern zone of the banned outfit, he said.
