The legendary Hunter aircraft, which was inducted into the Indian Air Force in 1957, took its last flight on the Air Force Day in New Delhi on Monday. Hunter was extensively used by the Air Force in the 1965, and the 1971 wars against Pakistan. During the famous battle of Longowal, Hunters brought down a determined assault by the Pakistani tanks.
