Pant begins talks with party representatives

Central government emissary K C Pant Friday began talks in Jammu, with state unit representatives of political parties, as part of efforts to find a solution to the Jammu and Kashmir issue.

Pant, who completed his four-day stay in Kashmir, has termed his visit to the valley as "successful".

He will meet editors of local newspapers in Jammu later in the day, besides holding talks with Kashmiri migrant organisations.
