The Delhi Police have found the owner of the three wheeler in which the three assailants of Phoolan Devi managed to get away after abandoning the green colour Maruti car, which was used as a getaway vehicle, less than a kilometre away from the scene of the crime.

The owner of the three-wheeler told the police that he had sold his vehicle three months ago.

The police is now trying to locate the new owner of the three wheeler and hope that he would be able to provide the exact description of the three assailants who had pulled their mask before sitting in the vehicle.
