E-Mail this report to a friend

Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee today said the government was thinking of convening a special session of the Rajya Sabha to discuss the Kargil conflict.

Talking to reporters at Patna after distributing 'Kisan Credit Cards', Vajpayee said most of the political parties had demanded a special session of the Upper House for discussing the matter concerning the country's security.

He, however, said a decision was yet to be taken in this connection.
