Vajpayee, Hasina to hold talks

Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will hold official talks in Dhaka tomorrow to expand bilateral trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.

''It will be an open agenda meeting... The two prime ministers can raise any issue and discuss it,'' Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Shafi Sami told the media yesterday.

Regional and international issues of common concern would figure in the talks.

Vajpayee will be in Dhaka in connection with the inaugural run of the Calcutta-Dhaka-Calcutta bus.
