11 injured Sabarimala pilgrims in Kottayam hospital

Eleven of the 102-odd injured in the major tragedy that struck the Sabarimala Ayyappa temple in Kerala have been admitted to the Kottayam Medical College hospital.

Most of them are from Andhra Pradesh: Narendran (26) and Nalla Reddy (23) from Guntur district, Shankar (24), Govindan (24), Jayamalla Reddy (23), Delid Kumar (29), Subeer (39) and Subbarao (39) - all Andhraiites -- and Thankiaamma (70) from Perua.
