The movie: Bhoot Bangla. A laugh riot from the word go. 

The moment: Mehmood and R D Burman take refuge in a haunted haveli one rainy night and are terrorised by a bunch of spooky skeletons. What is hilarious is the wide-eyed terror on Burman's baby face and the comical SFX, not to forget the smoothly conducted ballet by the dancing skeletons in the title track.
