Ek Hasina Thi is producer Ram Gopal Varma’s fourth offering from the Varma Corporation Limited bank of films.

Earlier this year, he presented his own directorial venture Bhoot. Following the spooky thriller came Darna Mana Hai and Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon. Both films marked the directorial debut of Varma’s former assistants, Prawaal Raman and Chandan Arora.

Varma is now filming Naach, featuring Abhishek Bachchan and Antara Mali. The film is said to be inspired by Wong Kar-Wai’s In The Mood For Love.
