If there's a bright actor who desperately needs a major career rethink, it's Govinda.

It was embarrassing to see him trying to be silly and funny in Waah! Tera Kya Kehnaa when all he managed to do was make a fool of himself and made people cringe at the sight of him stooping so low that his nose hit the asphalt.
