Naseeruddin Shah [Encounter -- The Killing]

Encounter -- The Killing is a forgettable film, so Naseer's performance is likely to be overlooked. But the actor put in his usual amount of observation and detailing when playing a Parsi cop in this film, as he would have for a more demanding director.

That he makes it look so effortless is the mark of a superior actor.
