Sonali sulks!Komal Nahta Sonali Bendre is cross with producer Boney Kapoor. The svelte actress feels she's been given a less than ripe deal in the publicity promos of Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai., what with its banners and posters being dominated by Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai. The blackout has Sonali acting like a thundercloud. Boney Kapoor, though, appears to have his umbrella handy, and seems none too worried -- in fact, he adds fuel to the promising fire by saying that blacking Sonali out of the posters and such was intentional, and not a lapse. "Had Sonali also figured in the publicity, the film would have looked like any of the love triangles released recently. But I wanted Hamara Dil... to look different," says Boney, adding, "Besides, Sonali's entry in the film comes as a major surprise for the audience largely because we did not publicise her." Convinced? Cool. And Sonali just could have reason to smile. Boney says that now the film is up and running -- okay, limping -- on the marquee, he plans to put up new publicity stills prominently featuring Sonali. But wait -- with that pleasure, comes some pain -- Boney has lopped off a song picturised on Sonali, which is sufficient grounds for fresh heartburn. One thing, though -- Sonali, who recently celebrated the wedding of sister Gandhali with Bombay Ranji star Jatin Paranjape, would be well advised to hold her peace. Cause you never know, Boney could well include the song again, and tout it as an added attraction, in a bid to get the people back to the movie halls. So she just might have the last laugh -- the last dance -- on Aishwarya after all.
