On September 10, 2003, the five-day fifth World Trade Organisation Ministerial gets underway in Cancun, Mexico.
For India, it is a tightrope walk at the conference as it negotiates its way through a labyrinth of tricky trade issues, including agriculture, amid its tussle with the developed world.
New Delhi will try to adopt a strategy that helps it gain greater access to developed markets and also boosts its domestic industry.
