Indian Institute of Management-Indore has decided to hike the fee of its post graduate programme from the present Rs 125,000 to Rs 150,000 and increase the intake of PGP students from 120 to 180 from the next session, IIM-I, director S P Parashar told reporters after the 7th annual convocation of the institute.
The function was chaired by General Electric Company's corporate officer and GE-India's chief executive officer Scott Bayman.
Addressing the convocation Bayman said, "Those of us in leadership roles must always talk about how we do things. We need to make clear that our character and our reputation as a company are as important as our technology and our results."
Speaking on the occasion IIM-I chairman, B N Kalyani said, "This convocation is being held at a time when India has emerged as one of the key drivers of growth in global economy.
