Mascrenhas to challenge suspension in court

Air-India managing director Michael Mascrenhas on Wendesday described his suspension as ' motivated and of malafide intent' and said he will challenge the action in court.

"I am surprised receiving this order. It is highly irregular, clearly motivated and based on charges framed with obvious malafide intent," Mascrenhas said.

He also said he would seek legal advice and challenge the order in the court of law.
