~ The organisation is looking for interns under the following three requirements:
- Development of Human Resource [HR] Systems (recruitment, employee development, performance evaluation, compensation, and HR policies)
- Development of Marketing Communication Materials and Branding Elements for the organisation
- Development of Organisational Systems, Internal Controls and Workflow Management
Do you qualify?
~ Development of HR Systems
- Candidate should 'be pursuing'/ 'have completed' MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a reputed institute
- Candidate should be well versed with the basic concepts of HR/PM & IR and their applications in organisational context
- Candidate should possess excellent report-writing skills which would be helpful for documentation of the proposed HR systems
- Candidate should have proficiency in developing research instruments and survey forms and conducting internal workshops
- Candidate should have good command over MS-Word and MS-Excel
~ Development of Marketing Communication Materials and Branding Elements
- Candidate should 'be pursuing'/'have completed' post graduate or equivalent degree in Journalism, Mass-Communication, Advertising or Marketing
- Candidate should have excellent skills in content development and written communication in English
- Candidate should have fair knowledge of desktop publishing and/or graphics design
~ Development of Organisational Systems, Internal Controls and Workflow Management
- Candidate should 'be pursuing'/'have completed' MBA or equivalent degree preferably in Operations/Production Management/Finance/HR from a reputed institute
- Candidate should have good understanding of organisational theory, operations management and management control
- Candidate should possess excellent report-writing skills which would be helpful for documentation of the proposed systems
