Lebanon, a tiny country in the Middle East, has some great cuisine to offer the world.
During my quest to know more about Lebanese delicacies like falafel, tabouleh and shawarma, I bumped into Panna Mehta whose passion is Lebanese cuisine.
Her love affair with the Arabian culture, particularly Lebanese food, started early in life. Born in Sudan, she spent most of her youth there and in Egypt and Lebanon.
Her outfit El Lely in Mumbai specialises in whipping up exotic Lebanese cuisine for parties. She took time out to tell me more about the food and, lucky for me, even ensured that I taste some of this exotic cuisine!
