Soya Green Peas Sabzi

~Ingredients

1 cup soya chunks/ granules
½ cup green peas
2 onions, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
½ cup cream milk
1 pinch chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 pinch garam masala
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander to garnish

~Method

If you are using soya chunks, soak in warm water for half an hour, squeeze dry and coarsely grind in the mixer. If you are using granules, soak for 15 minutes.

Heat oil. Fry onion. Add the tomatoes, green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry till the tomatoes are soft.

Add the green peas, soya granules/ chunks and milk cream.

Cover with a lid and cook on a slow fire for about 10 minutes.

Turn of the gas, add a little garam masala and garnish with chopped coriander.

Serve hot.
