Designers, models, malfunctions 'n' more

According to Noyonika, Carol Gracias handled her much written about malfunction on the ramp very well. "It proved that she can handle a crisis," she says.

'I've have had countless malfunctions, it's just that the media hype has put the focus on it a lot more now. In such cases you must just move on and not dwell upon it.' She reminisces about her best moments on the ramp.

"I've done three or four shows that I'll never forget. One is Abu-Sandeep's American Embassy show. One is Raghu's show (designer Raghuvendre Rathore) in Jodhpur and Manish Arora's first show. These were such exhilarating experiences," says Noyonika.

By now a bevy of models are hovering around little Nayantara who has inherited mommy's tendril-like-curls.

"Though managing her is more challenging than all the work I do on the ramp, motherhood is good, "she says empathically.
